Supported Employment

Finding a job can be difficult in any circumstance. Once an individual has been out of work for months or even years, the task can seem insurmountable. Seagull Services helps people who have had difficulty entering or re-entering the job market.  Individuals work with a certified job coach to improve their interview skills, workplace etiquette and job search, and follow-up is provided for up to a year.

Employment Launch

For young adults seeking employment or re-employment
 
Seagull Service's Employment Launch  is for young adults betwen 18-25 years old. It is a two-week training program that provides critical skills to job seekers to help them obtain a job and stay employed.
 
Each job seeker begins with an assessment to identify barriers, then goes through a series of job skill courses. Topics include virtual job searching, effective communication skills, and workplace etiquette.
