Seagull Industries requires a minimum of a high school graduation for all direct service personnel. Supervisors are required to have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in most cases. Finger printing, drug testing and background checking are done for all employees on an on-going basis. Seagull adheres to all State regulations in these areas.
