At Seagull, we hope to make the following renovations and operational improvements with from the support of donors and proceeds from community fundraising events throughout the coming year.

Eliminate mortgage for the facility that house the Seagull Achievement Center of the Palm Beaches and Seagull's corporate offices: $700,000
Seagull Ranch dormitory and lodge renovations (11 dormitory units, commercial kitchen and septic system): $200,000
Purchase 4 vans to transport students to school: $100,000
Purchase one new forklift: $10,000
Purchase 4 new copy machines: $40,000
Purchase one dump truck: $40,000
