At Seagull, we hope to make the following renovations and operational improvements with from the support of donors and proceeds from community fundraising events throughout the coming year.

Purchase and renovation of a permanent building for SAIL: $700,000
Eliminate mortgage for the facility that houses the Seagull Achievement Center of the Palm Beaches and Seagull's corporate offices: $700,000
Seagull Ranch dormitory and lodge renovations (11 dormitory units, commercial kitchen and septic system): $200,000
Purchase 4 vans to transport students to school: $100,000
Purchase one new forklift: $10,000
Purchase 4 new copy machines: $40,000
